Conway Medical Center’s HEALTHREACH Van will be coming to The Cooper House to offer FREE screenings.

Screenings Provided:
• Blood Pressure
• Fingerstick Full Lipid Panel to include: Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, and Blood Sugar
(A 12 HOUR FAST IS RECOMMENDED)
